• How do I get a link on your website to my dealership?

    For your dealership to be displayed in the Dealer Locator, your dealership must be within the distance specified by the consumer, and your dealership information must be set up appropriately. The information that displays in the Dealer Locator is directly maintained by the dealer using Biker's Choice's business-to-business website, TRDealer.com.

    If you are a Biker’s Choice dealer but do not have a TRDealer.com account, please contact your sales rep or call Customer Service. If you are not a Biker’s Choice dealer and would like to fill out a dealer application, go to the 'For Dealers' area to 'New Dealer Application Request'.

• My dealership doesn't show up on your dealer locator or shows up with incorrect information. How do I get this fixed?

    We have provided TRDealer.com registered dealers with the ability to maintain their own information. Please login to TRDealer.com to update your information. If you need additional help, please contact your sales rep or Customer Service.

• I make a product you should carry. Who do I contact?

• Can I buy product online?

    No, Biker's Choice does not sell directly to the public online. We are a wholesale distributor and do not sell direct to the public in any form. Please use the Dealer Locator to find your nearest Biker's Choice Dealer.

• Where can I buy your products in your catalog?
  • Answer:
    

    The products distributed by Biker's Choice are available at over 10,000 Harley-Davidson® and related V-Twin accessory retailers across North America and throughout the world. 

    Use the Dealer Locator to find a dealer closest to you.  If a dealer doesn't have stock on the items you need, they can be ordered and you should generally receive them in less than five days.  You may also check availability of the items by using the Biker's Choice Online Catalog before you order from a dealer.  Most of the dealers with mail-order operations can ship the products to you regardless of how remote you might be.

• How do I become a Biker's Choice authorized dealer?

    To establish a Biker's Choice account, you must be a retail business with the primary emphasis in the powersports market (motorcycles, ATV's, or UTV's). You must have a phusical retail location, brick and mortar, and provide evidence of such via photos, yellow page advertising, OE Franchise Agreements, business license, etc. If you would like to fill out a dealer application request, go to the "For Dealers Only" section and click on "new Dealer Application Request."

• How can I get an event listed and linked to your site?

• I am a racer and would like to be sponsored by Biker's Choice. What do I do?

    Biker's Choice does not directly sponsor riders or race events.  If you are an off-road racer, please visit answerracing.com and/or msrracing.com.

• How do I return a product or get a warranty claim handled?
  • Answer:
    

    Consumers with merchandise to return or exchange should contact the dealer where the product was purchased, and it will be handled from there.

• How do I get a catalog?
  • Answer:
    

    The Biker's Choice Catalog is only available for viewing online. The online catalog offers you the ability to check product availability and create a Wish List. Just give the Wish List to your nearest Biker's Choice Dealer (or your significant other if a birthday, anniversary, or other gift giving holiday is coming up) for a quick and easy shopping trip. Use the dealer locator if you are unsure of your nearest dealer.
